The Year 2005 withstands a remarkable expansion and diversification in form of the Proprietor Concern taken over by a Private Limited Company, namely 'M/s. Neo Impex Stainless Pvt. Ltd'.

The newly formed 'M/s. Neo Impex Stainless Pvt. Ltd.' is headed by the same Dynamic Managing Director who himself has a vast experience & technical Know-how in the field for more than 30 odd Years, the One and Only Shri Babulal Sanghvi. He is whole-heartedly supported by the Other Three Directors of the Company.

It has been our endeavor to continuously improve and evolve our standings in the market. And hence in accordance to that we have taken over the existing business of M/s. Impex Steel Corporation, which is now Neo Impex Stainless Pvt. Ltd.

Except for the name, nothing has changed. This means that every material supplied shall maintain the same quality standards that Impex Steel Corporation stood for. Namely, Superior Materials, Assured Value, Consistent Quality and Timely Delivery.
